Named after their Colorado area code, raucous pop duo 3Oh!3 will play the King Tut’s Wah Wah Tent on Friday 9th July. Their first single ‘Don’t Trust Me’ went to No. 1 in Billboard’s Mainstream Top 40 and recent releases have seen them team up with Katy Perry and Ke$ha.

 

Crowned Best New Band at this year’s NME Awards, the critically acclaimed indie four-piece Bombay Bicycle Club have been lavished with high praise since the release of their debut album last July and return to T in the Park for their second appearance this summer.  

 

Almost four years since the release of her four million selling debut album, Corinne Bailey Rae returned to the music scene earlier this year with the release of her second album ‘The Sea’. The record showcases a notable evolution in the sound of one of the most applauded female artists of the last decade.

 

Long time collaborators of T in the Park’s headliner Marshall Mathers III, D12 will get the crowd jumping in the Slam Tent on Saturday 10th July. The Detroit based collective have topped the album charts in the US, UK and Australia and are rumoured to be working on new material.

 

D12’s home-town namesakes Detroit Social Club are set to release their debut album ‘Existence’ at the end of May. Tipped to blaze through the 2010 festival season in a storm of “thundering drums and sleazy guitars” (NME), this hotly tipped outfit from Newcastle make their T in the Park debut this July.

 

Without question Drake is the hottest new music artist in the US today. The 24 year old Canadian can also lay claim to being the most connected having guested on hit tracks by Jay-Z, Eminem, Alicia Keys, Kanye West, Lil Wayne and Mary J Blige to name a few. This superstar artist will be making his Scottish debut at T in the Park. 

 

One of Australia’s leading live acts, Hilltop Hoods is the most significant hip hop group to ever emerge from this territory. Five studio albums in, the band’s sound has been embraced far beyond hip hop’s underground and their fearless and innovative ethos has guaranteed their place at the top of the Australian music industry. They play the Slam Tent on Saturday 10th July.

 

The Radio 1/NME Stage opens on Sunday 11th July with a performance from a very special band of brothers. The Hypnotic Brass Ensemble is eight siblings from an extraordinary musical family in Chicago who fuse the better parts of jazz, rock, reggae and hip hop into something quite unique. American singer-songwriter Joshua Radin has seen his songs propelled to the masses through inclusion on shows such as ‘Scrubs’ and ‘Grey’s Anatomy’. Having just completed a UK tour, this softly sung guitar talent will be making his T in the Park debut.

 

Welsh quintet Kids In Glass Houses will play the Radio 1/NME Stage on Friday 9th July. Recently releasing their second album ‘DIRT’, the pop-rock-punk band with infectious hooks and vocals will return to Balado for the second time.

 

Pearl and The Puppets performed their debut T in the Park gig on the T Break Stage last year. After a whirlwind year which has seen their fanbase and profile increase at speed, this Scottish four-piece are set for big things in 2010.

 

Rap sibling duo The Knux from New Orleans head to Balado for their first appearance. The self-produced pair play all their own instrumentation, their genre-bending debut album ‘Remind Me In 3 Days’ displayed their alternative hip hop with rock and electronic influences and saw them play every major US summer festival in 2009.

 

Blowing the socks off all those that caught his debut T in the Park performance last year, Unicorn Kid and his trusty keyboard have been keeping people dancing ever since. Recently signed to the Ministry of Sound label, this 18 year old from Leith is bound to receive an awesome home country reception in Balado.

 

Brooklyn based, experimental audiologists Yeasayer consistently strive to set themselves apart as the most ambitious and exciting pop group performing today. Making their sophomore T in the Park appearance this July, their psychedelic electro-pop delivered one of the most talked about performances of the weekend at the recent Coachella festival in America. 

 

BACARDI have announced the first acts for BACARDI B-Live at T in the Park including A Skillz & Krafty Kuts, Horse Meat Disco, Greg Wilson, The Revenge, MJ Cole, Maurice Fulton, Jaymo & Andy George and Kissy Sell Out. BACARDI rum has been hosting legendary parties since the brands creation in Cuba, 1862. This year will be the 13th year at T in the Park and BACARDI B-Live will offer great refreshing cocktails and great acts.
