This year Citizen T is a new initiative for T in the Park campers. We want you to join in and pledge to be a good camping citizen by looking after your camping area and neighbours.  Many people are loosing respect for the campsite and Citizen T is your opportunity to bring a sense of community to T in the Park and start a new revolution.
Your Citizen T manifesto:

1.   THIS IS OUR FESTIVAL
We pledge allegiance to T in the Park and believe in being good citizens.

2.    BIN IT
Rubbish belongs in the bin. We’ll make sure it gets there.

3.    A TENT IS FOR LIFE NOT JUST FOR T
We’ll take it home and re-use it

4.    EVERYBODY NEEDS GOOD NEIGHBOURS
We pledge to look after each other

5.    IT’S ALL ABOUT THE T COMMUNITY
Festival staff are here to help. Have fun but stay safe.
 

Citizen T is about looking after your camping area and enjoying the best camping experience at a festival.  You and like minded people can be part of this by binning litter, taking your tent home and having some banter with fellow T in the parkers and friendly festival staff.
The Citizen T revolution is symbolised by the open yellow hand that stands for the five points of the manifesto. It also represents an open hand of constructing and giving, rather than a closed fist of destruction and restriction. The colour yellow: represents sunlight, hope, brightness, being positive.

The T in the Park crowd is known for being the best spirited and most passionate in the world, and you can make a difference in some of the areas where we know that you would like to see change, such as litter and tent re-use.
A change is achievable, but it’s down to you the music fan to play your part and make a difference.
