You must bring valid UK ID with you - IDs must be photographic eg passport, Driving Licence. Please use lockers (more info here) to keep them safe at night. If you don't want to bring your passport etc use a PASS ID. See www.pass-scheme.org.uk for details.
- Children under 5 are not permitted.
- Children under 16 must hold a full price ticket and must be accompanied by a guardian of over 21 who will be required to provide suitable proof of age and fill out a guardianship of minor form. This can be downloaded here and filled in advance. Bring your completed forms and hand them in to stewards at the entrance. Don't take any chances - bring photographic ID
All tickets will have the name of the individual who paid for the tickets on them. We assume you will only be purchasing tickets for yourself, but if someone else paid for your ticket (i.e. your mum/dad etc) we will expect you to know their contact details and address. Please bring proof of ID with you as we will be doing spot checks on tickets and if you do not know the details of the person who paid for your ticket you run the risk of being ejected from the site.
- Campervan tickets must be purchased in advance.
- A limited number of campervan tickets are available to buy on www.ticketmaster.co.uk.
- Campervan tickets only allow you to gain access to the site with your campervan if you and everyone in your campervan are also in possession of T in the Park 2009 Weekend Camping tickets.
- Each campervan ticket allows access to a pitch area of 7m x 7. If you require more space for your vehicle you will need to purchase another ticket for a second pitch.
- Please note that no electricity or water hook ups are available.
- No vans or caravans or cars allowed.
Arriving at a dedicated car park opposite an exclusive Residence only entrance where you will be welcomed into an oasis of indulgence to enjoy your festival experience from a luxurious Yurtel Yurt, a Podpad house, a cosy Cloud House or Squrt or an authentic Tipi.
Once you have settled into your home for the weekend, you can relax in the Residence Lounge Café & Bar or treat yourself in our Festival Recovery Spa; before heading to see your favourite bands. It wouldn’t be a luxury festival experience without a warm shower and premium toilets – hopefully with fewer queues!
We will have your accommodation delivered and built for your arrival, and broken down and packed away after you leave the site.
